About The Position

Industrial Electric Commercial Parts and Service is seeking technicians to repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment in San Diego, California. Technicians provide repair, preventive maintenance, and manufacturer warranty service for restaurants, schools, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, and other hospitality businesses. The role requires strong customer service, independent work, troubleshooting, and repair skills. The employer offers $25.00–$45.00 per hour, with pay varying according to skill set and certifications held. Availability for on-call, night, and weekend work is required.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience repairing commercial food equipment, including commercial gas, electrical, and steam equipment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets the company’s safety standards.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Pass a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
Availability for on-call, night, and weekend work.

Nice To Haves

CFESA Certification.
EPA Certification.

Bilingual Spanish/English language skills.
