About The Position

Bromley Parts & Service is hiring an experienced Commercial Cooking Equipment Service Technician to service and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, steamers, and refrigeration units, at customer sites. The role is based in Little Rock, Arkansas, pays $29–$32 per hour, and is full-time, with 40 hours per week. The technician will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and emergency service calls, communicate with customers and team members, organize their vehicle, tools, and paperwork, and rotate on-call shifts with the team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, or related military experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that aligns with the company’s safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of experience is preferred.
• EPA certification.
• HVAC/R license.
• CFESA credentials.
