About The Position

Confidential Opportunity A well-established and growing company in the commercial building automation and controls industry is seeking a Commercial Control Panel Builder to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on electrical assembly and wiring in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. If you have experience reading electrical schematics, assembling electrical components, and building or wiring control panels, we'd love to speak with you.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in electrical assembly, control panel building, industrial electrical work, or a related field.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
Strong understanding of electrical wiring methods and components.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice To Haves

PLC or BAS wiring
UL 508A control panels
Industrial automation or electrical controls
Electrical assembly in manufacturing or aerospace environments

Responsibilities

Assemble, wire, and test commercial electrical control panels from engineering drawings and schematics.
Install and mount components including relays, circuit breakers, switches, PLCs, and BAS controllers.
Perform point-to-point wiring, routing, labeling, and termination of electrical components.
Troubleshoot wiring and electrical assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain high quality standards while following electrical and safety procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve build issues and support continuous improvement.
