About The Position

The Commercial Contracts Specialist plays a vital role in keeping our commercial operations moving efficiently by coordinating the seamless flow, review, and handling of legal and commercial project documents. This position is dynamic: while it demands a high level of critical thinking and meticulous risk identification, it is a skills-first role that focuses heavily on raw capability, judgment, and analytical strength over traditional legal credentials. You will serve as a centralized support resource crossing paths with Project Managers, Estimators, Accounting, Sales, and Operations leadership. This role bridges the gap between risk mitigation, contract lifecycle management, and cross-functional support. Out of the gates, you will split your time between hands-on contract analysis, core term extraction, and administrative lifecycle tracking. Because we are a rapidly growing operation, we value versatility; this position is ideal for a self-motivated team player who enjoys deep analytical work and is eager to flex across multiple departmental needs. Looking down the road, there is immense potential for a strong performer to grow their career and scale their responsibilities as our compliance and risk-mitigation infrastructure continues to expand to meet our soaring project volume.
