Commercial Contracts Business Partner US

Amoria Group•Dallas, TX

About The Position

The Commercial Contracts Business Partner will join the Legal & Contracts team and own complex commercial contract negotiations across the consultancy business as it grows in the US and international markets. This is a non-legal individual contributor role requiring hands-on experience managing contracts from a commercial and operational perspective. The position involves understanding how contractual terms affect financial exposure, service delivery, insurance, payment terms, and operational responsibilities; challenging terms and negotiating with clients and providers; and finding practical solutions that protect the business while enabling deals to proceed. The role offers autonomy and the opportunity to become a key commercial partner to Sales and other business teams. This newly created position will help shape commercial contracting and risk management as the consultancy offering grows. The successful candidate will lead complex negotiations, partner with commercial teams, and help ensure agreements are commercially sound, operationally achievable, and appropriately protected.
