About The Position
Join Our Team as a Commercial Contracts Attorney at Axiom. In this role, you will provide legal support to clients on a wide range of commercial contracting matters while developing deeper expertise in the life sciences industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside attorneys with extensive experience in life sciences contracting, including clinical trials and research and development matters, while growing your practice over time.
Requirements
- Approximately 5 to 7 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong background in commercial contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.
- Active admission to the California Bar is preferred, with candidates located in California strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Advise clients on commercial contracting matters.
- Collaborate with clients and experienced attorneys on life sciences contracting matters, including clinical trials and research and development work.
- Build trusted client relationships in a remote, client-facing environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture while continuing to develop expertise in the life sciences sector.
