About The Position

Join Our Team as a Commercial Contracts Attorney at Axiom. In this role, you will provide legal support to clients on a wide range of commercial contracting matters while developing deeper expertise in the life sciences industry. Requirements

Approximately 5 to 7 years of relevant legal experience.
Strong background in commercial contracts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.
Active admission to the California Bar is preferred, with candidates located in California strongly preferred.

Exposure to life sciences contracting, including clinical trials and R&D work.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
Advise clients on commercial contracting matters.
Collaborate with clients and experienced attorneys on life sciences contracting matters, including clinical trials and research and development work.
Build trusted client relationships in a remote, client-facing environment.
Contribute to a collaborative team culture while continuing to develop expertise in the life sciences sector.
