About The Position
Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent for Large Projects to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial construction industry experience.
- Construction software and computer skill experience.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, which includes Marijuana. Medical Marijuana Cards are not acceptable as a Federal Contractor.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must have a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between estimating, purchasing, installation, and the customer.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Attend on-site progress meeting as lead representative for Long Fence.
- Dispatch installation crews.
- Site visits and inspections.
- Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects.
