About The Position

Gemini Construction Company, LLC, the construction arm of Hull Property Group, specializes in retail construction in operating environments. The company performs large-scale renovation and demolition projects, everyday site work, and store build-outs for national retailers at Hull Property Group’s retail properties.

The Commercial Construction Superintendent will oversee a two-month project at LaGrange Mall in LaGrange, Georgia. Continued work may be possible for someone willing to travel. The role is performed in person and includes coordinating trades and construction activities, monitoring work quality and schedule obligations, tracking jobsite progress, handling material deliveries, and enforcing safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of construction experience, ideally in commercial construction; experience across multiple divisions is preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and renderings.
• Availability by phone and/or email for extended work hours, including weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Review plans daily for compliance and perform quality-control reviews of subcontractors’ work.
• Review, understand, and enforce schedule obligations.
• Coordinate multiple tasks and trades simultaneously and identify conflicts in work conditions.
• Maintain a daily log and track and report construction activity on the jobsite.
• Identify potential change orders and gaps in scopes of work in a timely manner.
• Receive, inspect, and verify material deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Ensure the jobsite is clean and organized.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
