About The Position

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our commercial construction team. As a Commercial Construction Site Laborer, you will assist with a variety of tasks on active commercial construction projects. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, site preparation, demolition, cleanup, operating basic hand and power tools, assisting skilled trades, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will work closely with project supervisors and team members to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of construction experience (commercial preferred)
Available to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Open availability for changing project needs
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Dependable, reliable, and punctual with excellent attendance
Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team
Must pass a background check for government site access
