About The Position

Fiorilli Construction, Inc. is hiring a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from planning through execution, final handover, and post-construction support. The role is based in Richfield, Ohio, and is full-time, with a schedule of four 8.5-hour days Monday through Thursday and a half-day every other Friday. Compensation is a competitive salary plus quarterly bonuses tied to company and individual performance. The Senior Project Manager oversees project production, scheduling, procurement, vendor relationships, cost controls, reporting, forecasting, manpower, and site visits. The role is accountable for project quality, safety, timelines, budgets, and clearly defined KPIs, while building lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors. The position also includes mentoring teams, promoting accountability, and supporting the company's family-oriented, transparent work environment.

Requirements

10+ years leading large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Proven leadership skills that motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Proficiency with project management tools and industry software.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead complex commercial construction projects from planning through execution, final handover, and post-construction support.
Oversee project health through defined KPIs and manage production, scheduling, procurement, and vendor relationships to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Own the project launch process, cost controls, and vendor vetting.
Track billing, profit projections, and performance metrics, and support accurate reporting and forecasting with leadership.
Manage scheduling, manpower, and site visits while ensuring quality, safety, and team collaboration.
Build lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors and represent the company's core values.
Mentor teams, develop high-performing staff, and promote accountability.
