About The Position

Fiorilli Construction, Inc. is hiring a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects from planning through final handover and post-construction support. The role is central to project outcomes, client satisfaction, and the company’s reputation. The Senior Project Manager oversees project health through KPIs, manages production, schedules, procurement, and vendor relationships, and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. The position also owns project launches, cost controls, vendor vetting, reporting, forecasting, billing, profit projections, manpower coordination, and site visits. The role includes mentoring teams, promoting accountability, and building relationships with clients and subcontractors. This is a full-time position based in Richfield, Ohio. The stated schedule is four 8.5-hour days Monday through Thursday, plus a half-day every other Friday. Compensation is a competitive salary with quarterly bonuses tied to company and individual performance.

Requirements

10 or more years leading large-scale commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Proficiency with project management tools and industry software.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead complex commercial construction projects from planning through execution, final handover, and post-construction support.
Monitor project health through defined KPIs and oversee production, scheduling, procurement, and vendor relationships to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Own project launch processes, cost controls, and vendor vetting.
Prepare and maintain accurate reporting and forecasts, including billing, profit projections, and performance metrics, in coordination with leadership.
Manage scheduling, manpower, and site visits while maintaining quality, safety, and team collaboration.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Mentor teams, promote accountability, and represent the company’s core values.
