Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a large-scale commercial construction environment
• Ability to maintain solid relationships with others and take accountability for personal actions
• Strong leadership skills
• Competent technical skills for industry standard software platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively act as a mentor and motivate others
• Ability to balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management
• Exceptional problem solver with strong analytical thinking skills
• Highly organized and attentive to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with EOS Worldwide principals is preferred.
• Having cutting-edge technical skills would be a plus but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing every aspect of each project, including the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Maintaining a good relationship with your client throughout the duration of the project by ensuring that timeframe targets and budgets are met.
• Managing the production, change management, scheduling, and procurement of all cost of goods for the project.
• Assisting and supporting subcontractors with ProCore requisitions.
• Ensuring that all subcontractors and vendors are paid in full.
• Maintaining scorecards for profitability, on time delivery, and customer expectations with escalation procedures before client or vendor issues become a significant problem.
• Overseeing all monthly billing projections.
• Providing project status reports and profit projections in conjunction with ownership and accounting.
• Summarizing and documenting any impacts on project financials, gross profit, and client satisfaction on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Visiting job sites under your management to check for quality, efficiency, and safety control.
• Promptly seeking resolutions to problems in a healthy and professional manner.
• Keeping clients informed of project status through daily communication with the superintendent.
• Coordinating with clients, subs, and co-workers to keep them up to date on all project activities.
• Closing out projects once substantial completion is achieved.
• Forecasting any warranty issues if they arise.
