Santa Rita Landscaping, with over 38 years in the Tucson area and a new location in Mesa, is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join their team. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades, including plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements for residential and commercial properties. The company prides itself on high standards, excellent customer service, and empowering its employees.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of landscape or construction experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install landscape materials: plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, etc.
- Perform basic irrigation modifications or assist with install crews.
- Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work.
- Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
