Dynamic Construction Group is seeking a Construction Estimator to take ownership of the estimating function and play a key role in supporting continued growth. This is a high-impact position with direct visibility to leadership, offering the opportunity to influence processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of construction estimating experience
- Experience with commercial construction projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and/or estimating software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Experience with design-build projects
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore
- Background in tenant finishes, renovations, or commercial interiors
- Trade experience (general construction, electrical, etc.)
- Experience with ground-up commercial construction, including office, retail, and warehouse projects
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed pricing analysis
- Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Identify risks, gaps, and value-engineering opportunities
- Manage bid schedules, timelines, and submissions
- Support project handoff to operations and project teams
- Assist in developing and improving estimating processes and systems
Benefits
- Base salary range: $70,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
