About The Position
Premier Resources Contracting is a growing design-build contractor based on the Ohio/Pennsylvania border. They perform commercial remodeling, renovation, and construction projects throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and surrounding states. They are looking for experienced carpenters and crew leaders who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and leading by example. While commercial remodeling experience is a plus, they are just as interested in skilled tradespeople with strong carpentry backgrounds and the willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Strong carpentry skills
- Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role
- Dependable work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel Monday through Friday
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Commercial remodeling and renovation
- Framing and rough carpentry
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Finish carpentry and trim
- Millwork and fixture installation
- Door, frame, and hardware installation
- Demolition
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Coordinating daily work with subcontractors and superintendents
- Leading small crews while maintaining quality, safety, and production
