Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

3-4 years of escrow/title experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete closing and escrow processes for commercial transactions.
Communicate with multiple parties across multiple locations to successfully complete transactions.
Work cross-functionally to monitor and mitigate risk.
Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service and solve unique issues.
