About The Position
ServiceMaster Commercial Services is hiring dependable people for commercial cleaning assignments across Hampton Roads and Williamsburg. Positions include daytime and evening schedules and may involve single-site, multi-site, or specialty cleaning. Some assignments provide predictable, consistent work in established professional environments with clear expectations and defined routines. Team members are expected to work independently while meeting client requirements, follow instructions and procedures, maintain quality standards, and communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers. The work takes place in a physically active environment. Candidates must be able to complete the required pre-employment drug screening. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Compensation is $13.00–$14.50 per hour.
