About The Position
TurnKey Facility Maintenance is seeking a reliable cleaner to clean commercial buildings after business hours. The schedule is part-time, in the evenings or after hours. Compensation is $500.00 per month. TurnKey Facility Maintenance (TFM) is a locally owned, full-service facility maintenance company serving office, medical, educational, worship, industrial, and retail facilities throughout the southeastern United States. Requirements
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Cleaning experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash and refill supplies.
