About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee our commercial cleaning projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully managing cleaning teams, executing projects on time and within budget, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our services meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
3 years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry
Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
In-depth knowledge of cleaning protocols, techniques, and industry best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables within set deadlines.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of cleaning staff for various commercial cleaning projects, including offices and medical facilities.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their cleaning needs, create tailored service plans, and address any specific requirements or concerns.
Develop comprehensive project schedules, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to project timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of cleaning services, adherence to protocols, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee the procurement of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, optimizing cost-efficiency and resource allocation.
Implement and monitor performance metrics to measure project progress, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate staff training programs to ensure that cleaning staff are well-trained in the latest techniques and safety protocols.
Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships through clear communication, effective problem-solving, and responsiveness.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in cleaning technologies to continuously improve service quality.
