Requirements

1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
English proficiency is required.
A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Organize employee shifts, assign tasks, and adjust schedules as needed.
Teach team members ServiceMaster’s standards, products, and procedures to maintain excellence.
Conduct inspections, provide constructive feedback, and ensure tasks are completed to our high standards.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and concerns.
Enforce safety and OSHA regulations to protect your team.
