Requirements

• 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
• English proficiency is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The role requires standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site supervisors, lead cleaners, janitorial and project work staff across various locations.
• Teach team members ServiceMaster’s standards, products, and procedures to maintain excellence.
• Conduct inspections, provide constructive feedback, and ensure tasks are completed to our high standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and concerns.
• Enforce safety and OSHA regulations to protect your team.
