About The Position

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Tampa-Clearwater is hiring dependable, hardworking people to clean commercial spaces in the Brandon area. This is consistent part-time work with flexible afternoon start times, professional training, and opportunities for additional hours. Pay starts at $15 per hour and increases to $16 per hour after 90 days, based on satisfactory performance and attendance. The position involves approximately 16–20 hours per week, depending on the schedule.

Requirements

• Be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Be honest, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Be comfortable working independently.
• Be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Be able to pass a background check.
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Brandon/Riverview.
• Be available Sunday through Thursday and willing to work occasional Friday and Saturday special events as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Dust and clean surfaces.
• Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers.
• Assist with special event cleaning when scheduled.
