About The Position

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of Tampa-Clearwater is hiring dependable, hardworking commercial cleaners for its Brandon-area team. This part-time position offers consistent work, flexible afternoon start times, hands-on professional training, and opportunities for additional hours. Applicants must be available Sunday through Thursday and willing to work occasional Friday and Saturday special-event cleaning assignments as scheduled. The starting pay is $15 per hour, increasing to $16 per hour after 90 days based on satisfactory performance and attendance. Monday through Thursday shifts begin flexibly between 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM and last approximately three to four hours. The Sunday shift runs from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The schedule totals approximately 16–20 hours per week, depending on scheduling. Additional hours may become available. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing customer spaces while following checklists and company procedures. Applicants should be reliable, punctual, comfortable working independently, and able to perform the listed physical tasks. No commercial cleaning experience is required; hands-on training is provided. The position is with an independently owned and operated Office Pride franchise, not with the franchisor, Faith Franchising Company, Inc., or its affiliates.
