Full-Time Commercial Cleaner (Evenings)
About The Position
Full-Time Cleaning Position Available in North Chicago, IL. Evening Hours, Flexible Schedule, Bi-Weekly Pay, 40 Hours per Week. B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $17/hour. Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays. This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5pm-1:30am.
Requirements
- Dependable, Punctual, Detail Oriented.
- Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify
- Knowledge of basic technology, able to access websites, emails, & trainings from both a computer and smart phone.

Responsibilities
- Keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition while attending to customers' cleaning needs as requested
- Respond to emergency tickets in a timely manner
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office
