About The Position

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments in customer buildings and grounds. The cleaner performs facility cleaning using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures, and maintains supplies and equipment inventory. The role offers on-the-job training for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. There are two part-time schedules available: five weekday nights per week for 3.5 hours per night, or one Friday night per week for 4 hours.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn; on-the-job training is provided.
Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multitasked job.
Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach for up to 100% of the work time.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to wear a uniform.

Responsibilities

Perform facility cleaning using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms and windows, and dust.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Contribute to the team by wearing a uniform and being dependable and punctual.
Treat co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.
