Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned accounts in Saginaw.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work productively without constant supervision.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and complete light lifting comfortably throughout your assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Disinfection & Hygiene: Thoroughly sanitize and clean restrooms, break areas, kitchenettes, and high-touch surfaces across the facility to maintain proper health standards.
• Surface & Floor Maintenance: Dust office fixtures, wipe down surfaces, sweep, mop hard surface flooring, and complete detailed vacuuming in carpeted office spaces and hallways.
• Waste Handling: Safely empty trash containers and recycling bins, replace liners, and ensure disposal areas remain orderly and sanitary.
• Facility Supplies: Inspect and restock essential supplies daily, including paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and sanitizer dispensers.
• Communication & Care: Monitor cleaning supply levels and promptly notify your site supervisor of any required inventory reorders or facility maintenance needs.
