About The Position

Clean Team is seeking a dependable Janitorial Cleaner to support commercial facilities in Grand Blanc, MI. This entry-level, part-time evening role exists to keep client spaces clean, sanitary, and ready for daily operations. The work is active and structured, with clear priorities and a predictable flow from area to area. Throughout the shift, you’ll focus on consistent quality, careful sanitation, and safe handling of equipment and products. You’ll wrap up by confirming spaces are ready for the next day, noting any items that need attention, and coordinating next steps with your supervisor as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift

Nice To Haves

• Prior janitorial/custodial experience is helpful, not required

Responsibilities

• Routine commercial cleaning of assigned areas
• Sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch points
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Removing trash and replacing liners
• Restocking soap, paper products, and other consumables
• Following documented procedures and safety guidelines
• Communicating supply needs or maintenance issues
• Reviewing the site plan for the evening
• Setting up your cart for efficient movement
• Confirming spaces are ready for the next day
• Noting any items that need attention
• Coordinating next steps with your supervisor
