Commercial Cleaner - Ponte Vedra Beach - 3 nights a week
About The Position
This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments in customers’ buildings and grounds. The cleaner performs facility cleaning using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures, and helps maintain supply and equipment inventory. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings, for 1.5 hours each night (an average of 4.5 hours per week). Additional evening hours may be available in the area. On-the-job training is provided. After the initial 30 days, employees with perfect attendance for a month receive a month-end bonus of $1 for each hour worked that month. Requirements
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multitasked job.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach for up to 100% of the work time.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Dependability and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Perform facility cleaning using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
- Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms and windows, and dust.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Contribute to the overall team effort, including wearing a uniform and being dependable and punctual.
- Treat coworkers and customers with courtesy and respect.
