About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to help maintain professional work environments for our clients throughout Northwest Ohio. We proudly serve businesses in the Findlay, Carey, and Upper Sandusky areas and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a difference through cleanliness and organization. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED required
Must successfully pass a background check
Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
Ability to follow building-specific and customer-specific protocols
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation to assigned job locations
Must be comfortable using cleaning equipment and supplies
Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders when necessary
Must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work
Standing and walking for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and repetitive cleaning motions
Lifting, carrying, and moving cleaning supplies and equipment
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to safely perform cleaning duties in various commercial environments

Nice To Haves

Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Clean offices, workspaces, break rooms, and common areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean interior glass, windows, and windowsills
Vacuum carpets and rugs
Sweep and mop floors and stairways
Dust surfaces and remove cobwebs
Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout assigned facilities
Follow all customer and building-specific cleaning requirements
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies
Ensure facilities remain sanitary, organized, and fully stocked for client use
Arrive on time and ready to perform assigned duties
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Keep janitorial closets clean, organized, and stocked
Report maintenance concerns or safety issues to management
Deliver quality work that meets City Wide and client expectations
