We are currently seeking a reliable Commercial Cleaning Associate to manage evening janitorial duties for our client accounts in the Lapeer area. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality cleaning services that maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of commercial spaces after standard business hours.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking steady part-time evening work, supplemental income, or a consistent routine in an independent working environment.

Responsibilities

• Surface Cleaning & Sanitization: Clean, dust, and sanitize office spaces, desks, counter tops, light switches, and common areas.
• Floor Care Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all carpeted and hard-surface flooring throughout assigned facilities.
• Restroom Care: Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms with paper products and hand soaps according to company standards.
• Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles, replace bin liners, and transport waste to designated disposal or recycling areas.
• Facility Security: Ensure all doors, windows, and perimeter gates are securely locked upon completion of your shift.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
