About The Position

Safely operate a company tractor-trailer to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza stores across the region. This is a layover and local route position with guaranteed weekly home time. Drivers run solo and team routes; team routes may run up to 20–30 hours. Deliveries include stores in CO, MT, WY, SD, KS, NM, UT, ID, and NE, including military bases. Drivers unload products at stores, return empty trays and carts to the Supply Chain Center, and may occasionally shuttle or position trailers at dock doors. The role involves mountain and variable weather conditions, including snow and winter driving, and requires maintaining safety standards and wearing proper PPE. Drivers must be available for any five-day schedule Sunday through Friday, including holidays, and for shifts scheduled at any time during a 24-hour day over any seven-day period. Pay is $32.55–$35.30 per hour, based on years of verifiable driving experience. Sleeper berth pay is 50% of the hourly rate. Call-in pay is $150–$250 per occurrence. Bonus opportunities include a $2,000 annual safety bonus and a company bonus of 2% of annualized hourly rate. The work involves touch freight and refrigerated environments, physical activity including standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and lifting. Drivers may work in extreme temperatures of 0–38 degrees or heat above 80 degrees and around loud machinery, yeast, and flour. The position requires the ability to work well on a team while also being self-motivated and independent at times.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL with Air Brakes.
At least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
At least 21 years of age.
DOT Medical Certificate.
Clean MVR and ability to pass a DOT physical and background check.
Comfortable handling touch freight and working in refrigerated environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods, climb stairs, and lift from floor to above head.
Ability to work in temperatures of 0–38 degrees or heat above 80 degrees and in environments with exposure to loud machinery, yeast, and flour.
Ability to work well on a team and be self-motivated and independent at times.
Availability to work weekends and holidays and shifts scheduled at any time during a 24-hour day.
