About The Position

Engelke is a rapidly growing General Contractor in Northeast Ohio seeking motivated Commercial Carpenters with outstanding attendance and work ethic. The position is full-time, averaging 40-50 hours per week, and offers benefits and excellent work experience. Employees will travel within a 70-mile radius of Northeast Ohio and work alongside other team members, sharing insights and learning experiences.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of carpentry experience
• Ability to work well on the job site as a member of a team
• Great attitude towards the job and the team
• Work efficiently, effectively
• Tools and reliable transportation are a must

Responsibilities

• Read plans / Blueprints
• Complete layout tasks
• Metal stud framing
• Possess finish carpentry skills
• Drywall hanging and finishing
• Metal doors and hardware
• Layout and install acoustical ceilings
