For more information, visit www.blend360.com We are seeking a Commercial Card Manager to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion. As a Commercial Card Product Manager, you will manage multiple projects within a B2B portfolio providing efficient and effective coordination of a complex range of activities by clearly defining project team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities that are aligned with the delivery of the expected benefits. You will also ensure effective identification of risks and pro-active solutioning to mitigate risks and impact on timelines. You will be responsible for strategically growing a B2B portfolio and will need to have B2B product suite knowledge, as well as strong skills in account maintenance, information gathering, training, pricing, sales strategy, and selling. Oversee and manage the supplier enablement process for virtual card solutions. Develop and execute strategies to onboard and integrate suppliers effectively. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute enablement needs. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on supplier enablement, providing guidance and support. Secure buy-in from the sales team and participate in client-facing calls. Challenge the status quo as an industry consultant, providing insights on how the sector operates. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform product development. Create and maintain detailed documentation of enablement processes and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier enablement efficiency. Conduct training sessions and workshops for suppliers and internal teams. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier enablement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Act as a change agent by challenging legacy processes, educating team members on the benefits of virtual cards, and driving the advancement of virtual card adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of 5+ years in B2B Payments is preferred
  • Experience in B2B Supplier Enablement or Commercial Card is required
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across organization
  • Proven analytical, project and process management skills

  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred
  • Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable
