Requirements

• Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build authentic client relationships.
• Master time manager, able to prioritize workload.
• Demonstrate confidentiality and discretion.
• Insurance broker license Level 2 or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided!).
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience.
• Inexhaustible curiosity and a desire to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
• Take ownership of client relationships.
• Help grow the company's presence and profile in the local community.
• Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.
• Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations.
• Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles.
