About The Position

The Relationship Manager III is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing complex commercial lending transactions while demonstrating advanced expertise in credit underwriting, deal structuring, and risk management. This role requires a consistent track record of strong production performance and the ability to manage a complex, high-value portfolio of client relationships. The Relationship Manager III serves as a mentor, contributes to overall team development, and maintains a strong external presence through an established referral network. This individual plays a key role in driving revenue growth while ensuring sound credit practices and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 9-12+ years of commercial banking or related financial services experience
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial lending, business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
  • Must complete a criminal history report, global screen, drug screen, employment credit report and if applicable, a driving record prior to employment.
