At Regions, the Commercial Banking Leader directs, coordinates, and leads the business development and relationship management activities of a team of Commercial Relationship Managers in an assigned geographic location. This leader works within the Commercial Banking group and targets general industry clients with annual revenues between $1MM - $250MM. The role is focused on revenue growth, business model execution, sales performance, sound risk practices and customer satisfaction. This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible.
