About The Position

This role supports their Line of Business in the development and execution of work projects to support the Business' goals & objectives. The Summer Intern embodies TD's Shared Commitments and customer-focused culture. TD Commercial Banking helps commercial customers manage their funds, finance their growth, and invest for the future by taking the time to understand their goals and customize products and services to suit their needs. This includes everything from governments, institutions and businesses, ranging from small "mom and pop" stores to multi-billion-dollar corporations. This Commercial Banking Intern functions as a Business Analyst Intern, providing professional and efficient support to the Small Business Banking team and Small Business clients.

Requirements

Pursuing post secondary degree in business-related disciplines
Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to take initiative and accountability of your actions
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Strong written and oral communications skills
Detail oriented with an ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
You must be work authorized in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship
Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 - June 2028 preferred

Responsibilities

Support product development and management
Perform analysis to identify and address opportunities for product enhancement
Identify and develop strategies for support issues including SWOT analyses and business cases
Identify training gaps and develop material to address
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as business needs arise
