The Commercial Banking Assistant serves as the operational and administrative partner to Commercial Banking Officers and Commercial Loan Officers by supporting the full commercial relationship lifecycle. The position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating loan origination, underwriting support, closing preparation, portfolio administration, and ongoing customer service activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experience by serving as a primary point of contact for commercial clients while supporting bankers in managing client relationships, growing loan and deposit portfolios, and maintaining sound credit administration practices.
