About The Position

My Kind of Bank is seeking a Commercial Banker who wants to build meaningful relationships and grow a portfolio. This role involves developing new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting, partnering with business owners to understand their goals, and structuring commercial loans and financial solutions. The banker will analyze financial statements, manage a loan portfolio, identify opportunities for expansion, and work closely with an experienced credit team. The position offers the opportunity to make an impact within the community and contribute to the bank's growth.

Requirements

Commercial lending, business banking, credit, or related financial experience
Understand commercial credit, financial statements, cash flow analysis, and loan structure
Enjoy developing new business and growing relationships
Take ownership of customer relationships and follow through on commitments
Balance strong credit judgment with a practical understanding of business needs
Active in your community and enjoy building professional networks
Thrive in a relationship-focused environment where initiative and independent thinking are valued
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
Commercial lending, portfolio management, and business development experience are strongly preferred.
