The Commercial Banker III is responsible for identifying, soliciting, developing, managing, servicing, retaining, and growing long-term profitable commercial relationships for clients with $5MM to $75MM in annual sales. This role offers a full range of loan, deposit, and fee-based services to existing and prospective commercial clients. The Commercial Banker III will leverage the CCB Industry & Advisory teams and the Truist Sales Process to create an optimal client experience. They will also refer business and personal financial needs of assigned clients through the appropriate channel according to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Levels (I – III) are differentiated based on years of commercial banking experience, portfolio size, and overall potential in the role per leadership discretion.
