About The Position

This role is for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and providing financial advice to clients within the Healthcare industry. As a Commercial Banker, you will work both independently and as part of a team to introduce comprehensive solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting bankers in covering new prospects, deepening existing client relationships, completing portfolio reviews, building market share, and driving internal and external client dialogue. A deep working knowledge of solutions such as Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Commercial Card, and Merchant Services is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cross-border businesses, cultural sensitivity, a commitment to teamwork and partnership, and an exceptional work ethic with attention to detail.

Requirements

5+ years in a similar banking, venture, credit or treasury role
Outstanding professional reputation and integrity
Strong leadership skills required
Demonstrated ability to develop and retain new and profitable relationships in a highly competitive environment
Ability to assess risks inherent in complex credit transactions and mitigate, structure and negotiate accordingly
Extensive knowledge of products and services

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Superior knowledge of the market dynamics and its business environment preferred
Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills
