Commercial Auto Manager, Compliance & Product Services (CPS)
About The Position
As CPS Manager - Commercial Auto, your role is to ensure that ISO products are in compliance with all state legislation, regulations, and court decisions. You will shape and manage the technical strategy of new and revised insurance programs in response to the changing business environment for Commercial Auto, collaborating with Personal Auto as necessary. You will oversee compliance-related responses, monitor teams for developing product change, and collaborate with the Product Development and Product/Publication Operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in Commercial Auto insurance.
- Knowledge of state legislation, regulations, and court decisions related to insurance.
- Ability to shape and manage technical strategy for insurance programs.
- Experience overseeing compliance-related responses.
- Ability to monitor teams for product change development.
- Collaboration skills with Product Development and Product/Publication Operations teams.
