Requirements
- State Apprentice License (if required by your state)
- Familiarity with current NEC codes
- Experience installing and maintaining electrical systems in commercial or industrial environments
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems
- Must own basic hand tools for electrical work
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screening

- 1+ years of commercial electrical experience
Responsibilities
- Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Reading blueprints and wiring schematics to execute tasks accurately
- Bending pipe, pulling wire, running conduit, and installing outlets and fixtures
- Coordinating with other trades on job sites to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment — always putting safety first
- Participating in company training programs to stay up to date with evolving code and technology
- Following detailed instructions and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship
- Representing Nextech with a positive, can-do attitude at every site
