Requirements

Strong analytical and research skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions about property valuations.
Effective communication skills to present findings and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and integrity of appraisal reviews.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess factors impacting property values and develop solutions.
Familiarity with financial concepts.
Passion for the banking industry.
3 or more years of job-related commercial real estate appraisal experience.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Support commercial lending operations through real estate valuation oversight.
Collaborate with commercial lending staff to understand property and transaction details.
Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance in appraisal processes.
Manage the selection and engagement of qualified real estate appraisers.
Conduct thorough appraisal reviews.
Maintain adherence to internal and regulatory appraisal standards.
Perform internal real estate evaluations by providing comprehensive market research of comparable sale and lease transactions.
