About The Position
U.S. Lawns Cleveland East is seeking an appointment setter to support the growth of our commercial landscaping and snow services. This role involves contacting businesses and commercial property managers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our estimator. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.
Requirements
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Experience with outbound calling, appointment setting, or business development.
- Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and accurate recordkeeping.
Nice To Haves
- Landscaping or snow industry experience is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to commercial properties and decision makers regarding landscaping, snow plowing, and salting services.
- Qualify opportunities by asking relevant questions and schedule appointments for the estimator.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness when primary tasks are completed.
- Support the office manager by answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments as needed.
