About The Position

Bodenvy is the #1 CoolSculpting provider in the nation and a rapidly expanding medical spa franchise specializing in permanent fat reduction, coolsculpting, body sculpting, weight loss, and wellness. This is a high-volume, consultative appointment-setting position focused on turning warm leads into completed consultations. Your primary goal is to book high-quality consultations that show up for Bodenvy Consultants.

Requirements

• Outbound call center or appointment-setting experience preferred
• Comfortable making 200+ calls per day
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Persuasive, confident, and professional on the phone
• Able to provide brief overview on services Bodenvy provides and offer free consultations
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Evening availability until 9 PM required (weekly schedule provided)
• Weekend availability required

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound calls per day to warm leads
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospective clients on Bodenvy services
• Book same-day and next-day consultations
• Confidently and professionally overcome objections
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients
• Maintain strong booking and show rates
