About The Position

Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Vechter Home Solutions. We are looking for a motivated and personable Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing home improvement team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable on the phone, and wants the flexibility of working from home. As an Appointment Setter, you will connect with homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement services, learn about their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Contact homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement
• Speak with customers over the phone and answer basic questions
• Identify customer needs and determine their interest
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers when needed
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information
• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
• Provide a friendly and professional customer experience
• Communicate with the sales team regarding scheduled appointments
