About The Position
Coastal Solar Powered by Carter Services is seeking a driven Commercial and Residential Solar Specialist to join their growing team in Ventura, CA. This full-time opportunity is for an individual who excels at building relationships, closing deals, and maximizing earning potential in the rapidly growing solar industry. The role involves creating opportunities through prospecting and networking, managing a personal pipeline, and meeting with homeowners to assess energy needs and present solar solutions. The specialist will also educate customers on incentives and financing, address concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from contract to installation.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 1+ years of renewable energy sales experience or equivalent proven sales success.
- Comfortable navigating smartphones, tablets, and CRM tools.
- Active Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration with the CSLB or willingness to register immediately.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
