Commercial and Industrial Service Technician
About The Position
Culligan of Billings is seeking a Commercial Service Technician to join their team. This role involves servicing, installing, and repairing residential water treatment equipment. The technician will be active throughout the day, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues. Service Technicians are crucial to the dealership's success, providing direct customer service to existing and potential clients, and acting as the face of the Culligan brand in the community. They also play a key role in communicating customer information to other dealership departments.
Requirements
- 1-year previous experience in commercial/industrial water treatment or 3-5 years of experience in electrical or plumbing industry
- Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
- High level of motivation to complete assigned tasks in an efficient and effective manner
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, critical thinking is a must for this job
- Ability to work under deadlines and physically demanding conditions (ability to move product that is up to 185 lbs)
- Superb verbal and written communications skills
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Must pass DOT physical exam
